Yeter­day I decided to pur­chase an iPad to replace my ail­ing Acer Net­book. Since none of the guys at the Apple store had any idea about the pros and cons of using an iPad as a pro­fes­sional writer, I thought I’d write a blog post to save every­one the time and irri­ta­tion of drilling unsus­pect­ing sales­peo­ple amidst throngs of rabid shop­pers.
